Bulthaup
German kitchen architecture, built for New York residences.

Overview
Design and project-coordination experience inside Bulthaup New York — the American flagship of the German manufacturer whose b3 and b Solitaire systems are among the most exacting kitchens built today.
The studio works almost entirely in luxury residential kitchens — a book that runs to several million dollars a year — where a kitchen is treated as architecture: a system of cabinetry, stone, steel, and light fitted to a specific room and a specific client. Each project travels the full path from first concept through to installation.
My work sat across that path — design support, AutoCAD drawings and documentation, and the client, vendor, and trade coordination that keeps a drawing honest all the way to the installed room. The pages that follow show the environment, the material language, and several of the named residential projects, with their drawing sets linked as documentation.

Residential Projects
A selection of named residential projects coordinated within the studio. Each carries a drawing set — plans, elevations, and coordination — available below as a PDF.
120 Whitlock
A residential kitchen worked from plan through documentation — cabinetry layout, elevations, and the coordination that carries a b3 system from drawing into a built room.
Floor plans (PDF) ↗Wooster Street
A downtown loft kitchen — a long stainless and oak run set into an open plan, drawn and coordinated so the architectural shell and the kitchen system resolve as one.
Floor plans (PDF) ↗Ledge House Kitchen
A vaulted living-kitchen opening to forest — concrete fireplace, white b3 cabinetry, and a long island, documented and coordinated from concept toward installation.
Floor plans (PDF) ↗Feder Residence
Mechanical coordination for a residential kitchen — reconciling the appliance, ventilation, and services package against the cabinetry and the room.
Mechanicals (PDF) ↗What this demonstrates
Fluency in a demanding luxury-residential environment — carrying a kitchen from concept through AutoCAD documentation to a coordinated installation, with a sustained sensitivity to material, light, and scale.
- High-end residential interior environment
- Spatial and material sensitivity
- Kitchen / interior systems thinking
- Client-facing coordination
- Technical and visual communication (AutoCAD)
- Full project workflow — concept to installation
